Protocol 02: Engagement

Terms of Engagement

Governing the partnership between Smart Servix and our global clients. These protocols ensure technical precision, project transparency, and mutual accountability.

01. Technical Provisions

Smart Servix provides high-level architectural design, Shopify Plus engineering, and AI workflow automation. Services are delivered via our distributed nodes in Sydney - Australia. Timeline estimates are projections based on the current architectural scope and may be adjusted as technical requirements evolve.

02. Intellectual Sovereignty

Upon final settlement of all financial obligations, full intellectual property rights for custom code and digital assets developed during the "Journey" are transferred to the Client. Smart Servix retains the right to utilize non-proprietary engineering methodologies and open-source contributions developed during the project.

03. Node Synchronization (Collaboration)

Project success relies on timely feedback. Clients are expected to provide necessary access to internal systems and respond to architectural queries within 48-72 hours to maintain deployment momentum. Delays in synchronization may impact the delivery schedule.

04. Capital Allocation & Settlement

Project milestones are triggered by scheduled capital allocations. Unless otherwise negotiated, a commencement deposit is required to initialize the engineering node. All settlements are processed in AUD or USD as specified in the project proposal.

05. System Resilience & Liability

While Smart Servix builds for maximum endurance and security, we are not liable for third-party platform outages (e.g., Shopify, AWS, OpenAI) or security breaches resulting from client-side credential mismanagement. We provide post-deployment support protocols to mitigate and manage technical risks.

06. Termination Protocol

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days of written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all engineering hours logged and architectural milestones achieved up to the point of cessation.
